The Best Holiday Gift Guide for Health & Wellness Experts

December 13, 2017

Is it too late to post a holiday gift guide? Actually, if you’re a last minute Christmas shopper like me, it’s never too late.

Generally, I consider myself to be a pretty well-organized person. But there’s something about Christmas shopping that I find absolutely terrifying, so I procrastinate every year. Not being able to find the perfect gift, or let alone a gift for everyone on my list leaves me in a total panic. By the end of it, I’m pretty much sweating as if I just ran a marathon…with zero gifts. Yes, I’m being dramatic but I also know that most of you can probably relate!

I know holiday gift guides definitely aren’t a new concept. Actually, they’re so common that your newsfeeds are probably full of them by now. Right when you think you’ve had enough – here I am with another one for you to look through! Don’t I have perfect timing? I promise you though if you’re looking for quick, easy and affordable gift ideas for the health and wellness expert in your life, I’m your best source! If not, I give you permission to tell me otherwise at the end of this post. 😉

A few days ago I was putting together my own wish list as per my mom’s request (clearly she’s doing some last minute shopping herself) when I realized why not share it on here for you guys to benefit from as well! No, I’m not secretly hinting that you get me a gift on my list, I mean unless you really want to.

Before we get started, I just want to mention that I truly do believe the holidays are all about spending time with loved ones, and of course giving back in any way that you possibly can. I always say that I get so much more enjoyment from giving gifts than actually receiving them. So even though having a gift under the tree with your name on it is always nice, let’s try to keep things in perspective!

Here are my top guide ideas for the health and wellness expert in your life:

1.Essential Oils/Diffuser Blends

Essential oils are all the rage in the health & wellness world right now – start here and you’re already winning! I know the selection of blends can seem overwhelming to choose from but in my opinion, you can’t go wrong with any. I already own a diffuser, so just the blends are on my list this year. But if you are looking to start from scratch there are tons of amazing bundle deals right now which include the entire package. My personal favorites are saje and youngliving

2.Primally Pure Deodorant

Sounds random, but I promise you that they will appreciate this one! The struggle to find a natural deodorant that actually works is reaaaaal. I’ve heard really good things about this brand so I figured why not give it a try – I really don’t have much to lose at this point. 😉

3.Pacifica Perfume

You really can’t go wrong with perfume, especially when it’s non-toxic, cruelty-free and made with 100% natural ingredients. I’ve personally had my eye on the Hawaiian Ruby Guava, Mediterranean Fig, and Island vanilla scents by Pacifica but to each their own! Plus at this price point, you could pretty much get all three. Ps – these perfumes are rated 0 on the ThinkDirty app!

4.Nokia Steel Activity Tracker

As someone who is very active, I’ve always wanted a tracker. I think the ability to track your steps, heart rate, sleeping patterns etc. is so crucial for optimal health and wellness. What’s stopping me from getting one? This may sound ridiculous but my one hangup has always been the look of them! I could never justify spending my money on something that I just knew I wasn’t going to wear – until I found the Nokia steel activity tracker. I absolutely love the look of this activity tracker and it offers the same features any other one on the market. Win-win!

5.Four Sigmatic Mushroom Coffee

At first, I thought this whole “mushroom coffee” thing was yet another health fad that would come and go. But once I tried it for myself I instantly fell in love! As a self-proclaimed coffee connoisseur, it’s actually really delicious and truly does give you stimulation like a regular cup of coffee would but without the jitters. Four sigmatic has so many different products to choose from, not just coffee. So if coffee isn’t their thing, you could also get the hot cocoa, matcha, superfood blends etc. They can get pretty pricey, so it makes for a extra special gift that any health and wellness expert would appreciate.

6.Reusable Metal Straws

I use a straw pretty much every day, so I’m ashamed to admit that I still don’t have a pack of these. Aside from being BPA free and much safer than their plastic counterparts, stainless steel straws are also so much more environmentally friendly. If you know someone that uses straws regularly, please grab a pack of these! They can be ridiculously expensive to buy in the store, so Amazon is definitely your best bet.

7.DECIEM Gift Card

If you read my latest post here, you’ll understand why. 😉

8.Victoria Secret PJ’s

New PJ’s are one of my favorite gifts, especially around this time of year. I’ve had my eye on this amazing pair of satin pajamas by Victoria Secret for years now and never got around to getting them for myself. Who doesn’t love getting cozy in a new pair of pajamas on Christmas morning, am I right?

9.Intentional Goal Planner

I stumbled upon this goal planner as I was reading yet another holiday gift guide and had to put it on my list – see these posts actually work! There’s nothing more satisfying than setting goals and having a system to achieve them… or maybe that’s just me? This planner is the perfect gift heading into the new year and will set anyone up for success.

10.Naturamarket Order

Any health and wellness expert from Canada understands the frustration of not having access to drool-worthy products from the States, trust me. That’s when naturamarket comes in handy by offering trendy health and personal care products from best-selling brands! I discovered naturamarket a little while ago and it’s been a serious game changer. They offer free shipping over $50 and the service is always quick and reliable. My most frequent purchases, which I’ve also added to my list this year are the siete grain-free tortilla chips, purely elizabeth granola, simple mills sea salt almond flour crackers and nutpods dairy-free creamer. I’m also dying to try out the Aztec clay mask!

11.Himalayan Pink Salt Lamp

Aside from being a cute room deco addition, Himalayan salt lamps have a plethora of health benefits! They are excellent air purifiers and are also said to enhance your mood and promote sleep. They come in all different sizes (like seriously I’ve seen some that are bigger than me) but this year I’m wishing for one that fits right on my bedside table.

12.Oh She Glows Boxed Cookbook Set

It’s no secret that I am Angela Liddon’s, author of the bestselling ohsheglows cookbooks, biggest fan as well as an avid lover of plant-based food. I saw this holiday special boxed set in Chapters the other day and thought it was such a cute gift idea! I use her cookbook religiously and I think it’s the perfect gift for anyone who is interested in creating delicious, easy and more health-conscious meals in the new year!

Hopefully this gift guide gives you some inspiration this holiday season! What’s on your wish list this year? Comment below!
